Data processed by the system is leveraged exclusively to run statutory air quality evaluations, maintain the subscriber's historical defense ledger, and dispatch automated SMS notifications when local AQI measurements exceed legislative action thresholds.
To protect subscribers during potential regulatory investigations or toxic exposure civil claims, Alert Air maintains hourly monitoring logs and crew verification timestamps inside a secure, encrypted cloud database environment. Historical ledger records are preserved indefinitely unless formal deletion is explicitly requested by the corporate subscriber.
Alert Air does not sell, lease, or distribute operational telemetry to third-party brokers or advertisers. Data fields are shared strictly with verified utility gateways (such as regional telecommunication carriers and SMS aggregators) solely to execute mandatory text alerts to field personnel.
